Ilam Kathirkal is a community-based initiative dedicated to empowering children, youth, and families through education, leadership development, and sustainable community programs. Working together with rural communities in the Batticaloa District, we strive to create opportunities that enable individuals to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.
